Processing Time:
Orders take 5–7 days to process before they ship out. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Pay close attention to the WA Instagram for updates on pre-orders. We are at the mercy of the production chain, so please bear with us.

Shipping Outside Available Countries:
If your country isn’t showing up at checkout, email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to get it sorted.

Refunds & Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are only available in the Bangkok, TH area within 90 days of your purchase. You must provide proof of purchase.

Incorrect Mailing Address:
If the destination country doesn’t match the mailing address (e.g. Houston, TX but country is Thailand), we’ll automatically refund your payment minus the PayPal processing fee.
Please double-check your information before submitting.

If your package is returned to us, please email [email protected] so we can figure something out.

Important:
Do not message or email the band Kickback about your order. They are not involved in this shop, and any messages directed toward them will be ignored.
The same goes for any orders handled by Kickback and not WA — we are not the same people.
